SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR PRINTS

We ship orders within the United States and internationally. 

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Prints are shipped from Graphik Dimensions in North Carolina via Fedex, USPS, or UPS. 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. 
  • Please allow 5-11 business days within the US, and 10-15 business days internationally from the purchase of your order including processing time to delivery. Processing & Delivery times can also be affected by COVID-19 situation, please allow an additional 10 business days. Regardless, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • International orders may experience delays due to custom procedures and custom fees may apply. Possible additional fees are to be paid by you. The carrier will call ahead to collect taxes and duties. We will need the customers phone number. We do not accept returns in the case you are unable to pay your local taxes and duties. 
  • If you accidentally wrote an incorrect shipping address, please send an email to [email protected] ASAP. We are happy to change to your correct address IF the mistake was caught before shipment. However, if the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for forwarding your prints to your correct address. 
  • We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. A replacement print can only be issued once we have been provided with clear pictures of the damaged print and the packaging in which it arrived. If the package arrived with visible external damage, please include clear images of all damage to the packaging along with images of any damage to the print or prints. For a refund or replacement, please contact [email protected]

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR ORIGINALS, JEWELRY AND Masks

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
  • Packaged and shipped from Thailand via Fedex, DHL or other modes of transport. 
  • Free worldwide shipping for originals and jewelry. Free shipping for masks to the US.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. 
  • Masks are shipped from Thailand. Mask delivery time: from date of purchase takes approx. 15-25 business days to manufacture + 4-5 business days to ship worldwide.  
  • Typically, please allow 5-20 business days for originals & jewelry from the date of your order to your delivery date for international orders. However, due to COVID-19, there may be extra long delays, sometimes even up to several months. Certain countries may not be eligible to be shipped to currently. Things are constantly changing, so you are welcome to ask in advance before purchasing, and I can check for you or go ahead and place an order, and if there are any issues, you may wait until after the virus has settled for shipment. Just please let me know if that is the case ASAP, otherwise your order may proceed to be shipped out. Regardless, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Please expect longer delivery times during the holidays.
  • Insurance is automatically applied to your order at no additional cost. 
  • International orders may experience delays due to custom procedures and custom fees may apply. Possible additional fees are to be paid by you, and you are responsible for resolving them with your local government. We do not accept returns in the case you are unable to pay your local taxes and duties.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions of painting including packaging, shipping service, destination, and speed of delivery.
  • If you accidentally wrote an incorrect shipping address, please send an email to [email protected] ASAP. We are happy to change to your correct address IF the mistake was caught before shipment. However, if the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for forwarding your paintings to your correct address. 
  • We can cancel your order (excluding masks) as long as your item(s) have not been packaged and shipped out already. For cancellations, please email [email protected]
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and email photos to [email protected] ASAP. If this email is not sent in a timely manner, we may not be able to make the claim. 
  • If your order is lost or damaged, we will manage the claim initially, but you will need to follow through with the investigation. Then you will receive the replacement item(s).
  • Unfortunately, returns are not accepted unless the item(s) are damaged or in the case you received the wrong item(s).
