Classes
DOT PAINTING CLASSES
Face to face dot painting classes for private 1 on 1 and small groups. Dot painting is a great way to build patience, reduce anxiety, and tap into your creative side. Classes are tailored to your preferred subject mater and material choices. Topics include abstracts, mandalas, flowers, trees, animals, and portraits. Materials include canvas, boxes, jewelry, stones, and shells. I will be only doing classes upon request, and for group classes the students will be arranged on your accord. Suitable for both adults and kids. The classes are held at my art space at Waterford Diamond Condo, on Sukhumvit 30/1 in Phrom Phong, Bangkok.
DRAWING & PAINTING CLASSES
Outside of specific dot painting classes, I also teach face to face private and small group drawing and painting classes for kids. These classes follow a choice-based art curriculum. The classes begin with introduction demonstrations to drawing and painting techniques. Examples include sketching, 3D lettering, shading, pastel art, dot painting, zentangle line drawings, portrait and animal painting, painting on jewelry, sponging, washing, splattering, layering, and symmetry. After the introductions, student artists advance their individual artistic processes through exploration and discovery, inquiry and ideation, skill development and art-making, reflection and revision, and self-evaluation. When students self-direct their work, they engage deeply with their learning because the work’s purposes align with their values and interests. The teacher is seen as the facilitator, guiding each student's individualized choices. A variety of resources and art materials such as acrylic paints, pastels, canvases, wooden animal shapes, and more will be readily accessible. These classes are also held at my art space.

1 Hour
At least 24 hours notice required for cancellation.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur an additional 500 Baht payment for a rescheduled class.
5 Hours Package
1 free last minute cancellation, after that at least 24 hours notice is required.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package.
Valid for 10 weeks
10 Hours Package
2 free last minute cancellations, after that at least 24 hours notice is required.
A cancellation of less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package.
Valid for 20 weeks

In summary, I have my bachelors and masters degree in art education, with a concentration in painting. I worked full time at the American School of Bangkok for 8 years as the K-8 visual art teacher. I currently teach after school art classes at various international schools, as well as facilitate bi-monthly dot painting workshops at my art space in Bangkok. I partner with Anxiety UK for their AFAR (Art for Anxiety Relief) class program. I am enthusiastic and passionate about teaching art, and I adore children.
