Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The MOQ is 51 pieces. You can mix designs and sizes to total the minimum.
2. Variations
Different screens may show colours slightly different depending on the device you are viewing it from.
The mask colors & values compared to the original painting may slightly differ.
There may be slight variations with the placement of the design on mask & mask size because they are made by hand.

4. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Diener Masks by Amy Diener shall be recommended to be sold at the Manufactuers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
5. MAP
Although it is suggested to sell products at MSRP, you may go down to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) if pricing makes more sense for your clientele/you would like to offer a promotion.
6. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will be charged between 25% - 35% of the MSRP depending on order quantity. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of the product, returns are not allowed.
The only exception for returns are if the goods are damaged or defected.
8. Payments
Amy Diener accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and paypal payments.
Credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
9. Shipping
Shipping worldwide is already included in the cost of goods. No extra shipping fee will be charged.
10. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Amy Diener at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
11. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 2-3 business days to process order, and 4-5 business days to ship from the time you summit your order. This totals 6-8 business days from the placement of your order to delivery.
